Responsibilities for Claims Advisor at Werksta Kungsbacka

· Welcome and assist customers with claims, both in person and via phone/email

· Conduct advisory calls and provide guidance on claims management, repair times, and compensation issues

· Collaborate with the claims inspection and workshop teams to plan and follow up on repair flows

· Communicate with insurance companies, establish claims reports, and ensure correct cost documentation according to Cabas

· Manage quotes, approvals, and update customers and insurance companies throughout the process

· Document cases and time in our digital systems and ensure that the information is complete and accurate

· Participate in improvement work regarding customer processes, workshop flows, and digital work tools

Qualifications and who we are looking for

· Experience in claims repairs, customer reception, or insurance administration is a merit

· Knowledge or experience working with Cabas is considered a basic requirement, CVDA certification is highly meritorious

· Good understanding of claims processes, vehicle parts, and repair methodology

· Service-oriented, communicative, and accustomed to handling multiple cases simultaneously

· Structured and meticulous with documentation and administrative routines

· Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; English is a merit

· Good computer skills and experience with digital workshop systems

· A valid driver's license (B) is a merit
